About us
The seeds of daisy notes + paper were sown in Italy when owner Sheryl Blackwell dragged her very patient cousin Aimee around the main square of Amalfi in search of its renowned paper. Back home in New York City, Sheryl realized that she spent as much time, if not more, searching for the perfect paper in which to wrap a present as she did looking for the gift itself. This somehow led her to dabble in papermaking, bookbinding + gift-wrapping workshops.
It also led her to another realization: she was much better shopping for paper products than crafting them herself.
Having relocated to Durham, North Carolina (site of her college youth), Sheryl believes more than ever that an individual’s wardrobe isn’t truly complete without great stationery on which to express oneself. Through daisy notes + paper, she is delighted to offer fabulous, fashionable paper products that bring a smile to the face of Triangle residents + warm the hearts of the people with whom they choose to share daisy’s closet.
